Subscription & Cancellation Policies

MotionDSP is a product line within Cubic Corporation’s wholly owned subsidiary, Cubic Digital Intelligence, Inc.

MotionDSP Software and Services are provided “AS-IS.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We make no commitments about the content within the Services. We further disclaim any warranty that (a) the Services or Software will meet your requirements or will be constantly available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) the results obtained from the use of the Services or Software will be effective, accurate, or reliable; (c) the quality of the Services or Software will meet your expectations; or (d) any errors or defects in the Services or Software will be corrected.

Monthly subscription(s)

Service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will continue without renewal notice until you cancel. Your first month’s subscription is non-refundable. Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to your next billing date. Once canceled, your payment for that month is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period, at which time your subscription will terminate. Because there’s no annual contract, your monthly rate is subject to change, but you will be notified of any change in your monthly rate with the option to cancel in accordance with these terms.

Annual subscription(s), online checkout

Service begins as soon as your payment is processed. You’ll be charged the annual rate stated at the time of purchase as one lump sum, plus applicable taxes. Your contract will renew automatically, on your annual renewal date, until you cancel. Renewal rates are subject to change, but you will be notified of any change in your rate with the option to cancel in accordance with these terms. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded, less the charge for one month at the current monthly subscription rate and applicable administrative fees (not to exceed $200). Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term.

Multi-year subscription(s), online checkout

Service begins as soon as your payment is processed. You’ll be charged the annual rate stated at the time of purchase as one lump sum, plus applicable taxes. Your contract will end at the term designated by your multi-year subscription contract. Renewal rates are subject to change. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded, less the charge for one month at the current monthly subscription rate and applicable administrative fees (not to exceed $500). Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term.

Perpetual license(s)

Perpetual licenses are non-refundable. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from Cubic Digital Intelligence if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license. Upon the termination of this License, you shall cease all use of the MotionDSP Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the MotionDSP Software.

Account Manager Assisted Purchase

Software is electronically delivered upon acceptance of executed Purchase Order by customer. You will receive download link(s) and activation key(s) to your software license(s) within 24 business hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM EST, and can begin using the software upon download.

License(s) procured by Purchase Order or quote acceptance are non-refundable. Payments are due to Cubic Digital Intelligence, Inc within 30 days of invoice receipt. The license(s) will expire in accordance with your subscription plan. Upon termination or expiration of the license(s), you shall cease all use of the MotionDSP Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the MotionDSP Software, unless you extend the life of your software through continued payment via Purchase Order.
