MotionDSP Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MotionDSP. Please review our return and refund policy below before completing your purchase.

Monthly Subscriptions

• All monthly subscriptions begin immediately upon payment.
• The first month’s payment is non-refundable.
• You may cancel anytime, but payments are non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions

• Annual subscriptions begin immediately upon payment.
• You may cancel within 14 days for a partial refund, minus the cost of one month at the current monthly rate and an administrative fee (up to $200).
• After 14 days, payments are non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of the annual term.

Multi-Year Subscriptions

• Multi-year subscriptions begin immediately upon payment.
• You may cancel within 14 days for a partial refund, minus the cost of one month at the current monthly rate and an administrative fee (up to $500).
• After 14 days, payments are non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your subscription term.

Purchase Orders & Sales Quotes

• Purchases made via Purchase Order or accepted sales quote are non-refundable once processed and activated.

Software Licenses

• All MotionDSP software licenses are non-refundable once redeemed or activated.
• Licenses are tied to the hardware they are activated on but may be rehosted to another device by following our rehosting instructions.
• No refunds or replacements are provided for lost or misplaced license keys.
